We aim to keep our terms and conditions as simple and straightforward as possible. We hope you also find them easy to understand. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. Please note that these do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Price & Payment: Goods advertised on this website are subject to availability and the prices shown are subject to change. Latest prices can be confirmed by telephone or email. Payment for goods is required in full before goods are dispatched.

Confirmation of order:We will confirm your order, and notify you of expected delivery date, by email using the email address which you supplied during the ordering process.

Delivery: For items which are in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 10 working days of receiving your order and payment. During periods of high demand some items may, at the time of your order, be temporarily unavailable until we have manufactured replacements. In this case we will notify you when we expect to complete your order and of the approximate date of dispatch. Delivery will be made by our choice of carrier and may require a signature upon receipt.

Cancellation: Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within 7 days of delivery. In this case the purchaser must take reasonable care of the goods and the goods must be returned, in the original packing, at the purchaser's expense in good order for a refund to be applied.

Lost or Damaged Goods:Please check the goods on delivery. In the unlikely event your order is received damaged, please notify us and the carrier within 24 hours of receipt and return the goods to us. Where outer packaging is clearly damaged in transit please ensure, that if you accept the delivery, you sign “Damaged Consignment”.

Transfer of property: All goods remain the property of Jonathan Guest Furniture until paid in full.

Transfer of Risk: Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

Exclusion of Liability: In any event, the liability of Jonathan Guest Furniture shall be limited to direct loss and shall not include indirect or consequential loss.

Force majure: We accept no responsibility for delay, loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy: We do not sell, exchange, or release your personal information (name, e-mail address, mailing address etc.) regardless of its source, to any third parties. We do not send unsolicited e-mails.
